About Me

I began studying piano at the age of four under distinguished teachers and continued to train throughout my childhood and beyond. At thirteen, I passed the highest level (Level 10) of the Chinese Musicians Association piano examination, becoming the youngest student in my province to achieve this distinction that year. After graduating from college, I worked as a project manager in the tech industry in the Bay Area, but music has always remained at the center of my life. I eventually returned to piano education, bringing years of disciplined training and artistic growth into my teaching. My teaching style is encouraging, patient, and highly attentive to each student’s needs. I focus on building strong fundamentals while helping students discover and express their own musical voice. Outside of piano, I run a calligraphy studio and enjoy ballet, writing, and reading—creative practices that continually enrich my approach to teaching and the arts.
